Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
To cancel, contact us immediately at:

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.


B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case you refuse delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

โœ… Wrong item received

โœ… Damaged product received

โœ… Missing items in the package

โœ… Product not received due to courier issues

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

We do not provide refunds if:
โŒ The product is opened or used
โŒ The customer changes their mind
โŒ The product does not suit you (as results may vary per person)
โŒ You entered the wrong shipping address or phone number
โŒ Delivery failure due to unavailability at the time of delivery


3. Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a different product than what you ordered

Replacements are subject to product availability.

If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • UPI / Wallet Refund: 2โ€“3 working days
  • Bank Transfer / Net Banking: 3โ€“5 working days
  • Credit/Debit Card / Payment Gateway: 5โ€“7 working days (depending on the bank)

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS when the refund is processed.


5. Return Requirements

If a return is requested, the customer must ensure:

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and invoice are intact
  • Proof of issue (photos/videos) is provided

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of your claim.


6. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Ayurvedic/healthcare consumables
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

7. Shipping Charges

  • If cancellation happens before dispatch โ†’ No deduction
  • If you refuse delivery or provide incorrect details โ†’ Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
  • For replacement due to our error โ†’ No extra shipping fee
